Can I purchase Gala Dinner tickets 'by the table'?
Tickets for the dinner and for the conference are all purchased as individual tickets. However, you are able to purchase multiple individual tickets as part of the one transaction.
Do I need to register if I have a complimentary ticket?
Yes, simply register with the discount code that you have been provided so a badge can be printed for your attendance at the conference.
How do i purchase a ticket?
Registrations will be available online very soon. Please keep an eye out on our social media and at asorc.gov.au for more information.
What is the conference refund Policy?
Refunds will be given if requested prior to 31st March. 50% REFUND if requested between 3rd April, 2026 and 18th May 2026. NO REFUND If requested closer than 30 days prior to the event. If a registrant is unable to attend, by arrangement, they can nominate someone else to attend in their place. For any questions, please contact us : asorc@imaginex.au
REFUND VIA CREDIT CARD Please note credit card fees will not be refunded.
TICKET VALIDITY If monies are outstanding for tickets, those tickets may not be accepted as entry to the event.
Will I get a payment receipt for my purchase?
Yes, a registration confirmation email and a payment receipt are automatically emailed out to you within 24 hours after the completion of your registration.
For group registrations, this email is sent to the person to whom the registration charges are billed.
Please check your spam inbox if you cannot locate this email in your normal inbox. Closer to the conference you will receive an activation email to setup your profile.

What are the parking / transport options?
ICC Sydney operates two 24 hour car parking stations with a total of 826 parking spaces including 11 accessible parking bays, 25 motorcycle parking spaces, 50 bicycle racks and 20 electric car charge spaces.
The best taxi drop off and pick up locations for events hosted at the ICC Sydney Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre is Iron Wharf Place.
Zollner Circuit on the Southern end of ICC Sydney Theatre is best for visitors attending events at the ICC Sydney Theatre, Event Deck or Halls 3, 4 and 7 of the Exhibition Centre. Both accessed via Darling Drive.
ICC is a 10-minute walk from Central or Town Hall train stations, and the venue also has its own dedicated bus stop. Bus routes 389 and 501 stop at Harris Street near Allen Street - a 10-minute walk from ICC Sydney.
What is the dress code for the conference?
The conference is business casual and the gala dinner is evening wear.

Who produces the conference?
The conference is designed and co-ordinated by the Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors with guidance from the board and committee. It is produced by

Will I get CPD points for attending the Conference?
Yes, you will be issued with 8 CPD points for attending the day. To be issued with these points, you will need to upload conference attendance to your CPD Tracker.
As you are aware, you must complete the minimum CPD requirement each membership year.

During The Event
Can I request who I would like to sit with at the Gala Dinner?
Yes you can. We endeavour to keep people grouped by company, but you are welcome to request to sit with someone in particular, or invite someone to sit at your table.
How do I get help during the conference?
Please contact one of the team at the desk at the entrance to ASORC, or asking anyone in an official ASORC tshirt.

How many people can sit at the one table at the Gala Dinner?
The standard is a table of 10, but we are happy to take requests if you have more than this.

What if there is a schedule change?
Attendees at the Conference will be able to view all live changes in the official conference app.
When will I get my lanyard/name badge if i'm attending in person?
Please visit the registration desk at the ICC and your lanyard/name badge will be printed and issued. If you're attending the gala dinner please look for your assigned table on our table lists.
