Tickets for the dinner and for the conference are all purchased as individual tickets. However, you are able to purchase multiple individual tickets as part of the one transaction.

Yes, simply register with the discount code that you have been provided so a badge can be printed for your attendance at the conference.

Refunds will be given if requested prior to 31st March. 50% REFUND if requested between 3rd April, 2026 and 18th May 2026. NO REFUND If requested closer than 30 days prior to the event. Yes, a registration confirmation email and a payment receipt are automatically emailed out to you within 24 hours after the completion of your registration.
For group registrations, this email is sent to the person to whom the registration charges are billed.
Please check your spam inbox if you cannot locate this email in your normal inbox. Closer to the conference you will receive an activation email to setup your profile.

Speakers will be asked to submit an abstract, this abstract will be subject to a judging process with results released in due course. Further information regarding submissions will be released shortly.

ICC Sydney operates two 24 hour car parking stations with a total of 826 parking spaces including 11 accessible parking bays, 25 motorcycle parking spaces, 50 bicycle racks and 20 electric car charge spaces.

The best taxi drop off and pick up locations for events hosted at the ICC Sydney Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre is Iron Wharf Place.

Zollner Circuit on the Southern end of ICC Sydney Theatre is best for visitors attending events at the ICC Sydney Theatre, Event Deck or Halls 3, 4 and 7 of the Exhibition Centre. Both accessed via Darling Drive.

ICC is a 10-minute walk from Central or Town Hall train stations, and the venue also has its own dedicated bus stop. Bus routes 389 and 501 stop at Harris Street near Allen Street - a 10-minute walk from ICC Sydney.

The conference is business casual and the gala dinner is evening wear.

Yes, you will be issued with 8 CPD points for attending the day. To be issued with these points, you will need to upload conference attendance to your CPD Tracker.

As you are aware, you must complete the minimum CPD requirement each membership year.

Yes you can. We endeavour to keep people grouped by company, but you are welcome to request to sit with someone in particular, or invite someone to sit at your table.
