When & Where is the Summit?
The Summit will be held on Tuesday 27 October from 10am until 3:10pm with an opportunity from 3:10pm to visit the PIEF Village, attend the closing PIEF 2026 session & then the farewell event.
Where is the Summit being held?
The Summit is being held at Nyaal Banyul - Geelong Convention & Event Centre.
How can I speak at the PIEF Case Manager Summit?
Please note that the program has already been developed and unfortunately there are no other speaking opportunities.
What is the dress code for the Summit?
The Summit is business casual.
What are the parking / transport options?
There are ample street parks but most are metered - so we recommend the nearby Wilson Parking: 7 Cavendish St, Geelong VIC 3220, Australia.

Who produces the Summit?
The Summit is designed and co-ordinated by the Personal Injury Education Foundation (PIEF) with guidance from the office conference sub-committee. It is produced by

Will I get CPD points for attending the Summit?
Yes, you will be issued with a certificate of attendance where you can claim CPD points from your respective organisation (totals tbc). This certificate will be available after the summit

How do i purchase a ticket?
Registrations are available to PIEF members and can be purchased on our website here: https://piefconference.com/registrations-summit
Will I get a payment receipt for my purchase?
Yes, a registration confirmation email and a payment receipt are automatically emailed out to you at the time of purchase.
For group registrations, this email is sent to the person to whom the registration charges are billed.
Please check your spam inbox if you cannot locate this email in your normal inbox. Closer to the conference you will receive an activation email to setup your profile.
Are digital tickets available?
Sorry, we are not offering digital (livestream) tickets to PIEF Case Manager Summit.
What is the Summit refund Policy?
Refunds will be given if requested prior to 1 August 2026.
50% REFUND if requested between 1 August and 27 September 2026.
NO REFUND If requested after 27 September 2026.
If a registrant is unable to attend, by arrangement, they can nominate someone else to attend in their place. For any questions, please contact us : pief@piefconference.com
REFUND VIA CREDIT CARD Please note credit card fees will not be refunded.
TICKET VALIDITY If monies are outstanding for tickets, those tickets may not be accepted as entry to the event.
When will I get my lanyard/name badge if i'm attending in person?
Please visit the registration desk at Nyaal Banyul and your lanyard/name badge will be printed and issued.

Attendees at the Summit will be able to view all live changes in the official conference app.
Is the Summit venue accessible & inclusive?
The venue and surrounding precinct have been thoughtfully crafted with the principles of Universal Design from the very beginning. Each event space, is designed for equitable access, featuring at-grade entrances, push-button opening doors, and hearing assistance available via both Wi-Fi and infrared. There is a sensory room, a Changing Places facility, and several all-gender bathrooms to ensure everyone's comfort. Their commitment to inclusivity means that staff and guests of all mobility levels can easily access all facilities throughout the venue.
